WORKSHOP: CORPORA AND DIGITAL TOOLS FOR LANGUAGE PROCESSING

2nd workshop organized by digitalhumanities.lv will take place on February 1.  The staff of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory affiliated by the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Sciences, University of Latvia will present their research directions and introduce tools and resources useful for digital humanities research, including different corpora and tools for language processing. 
Working language: Latvia.

DHN2018: recent updates

The DHN 2018 conference programme starts on Wed 7 March 2018 at 14:00 and ends on Fri 9 March 2018 at 17:30.

Half day pre-conference workshops are held on the morning the conference starts, Wed 7 March 2018, between 9:00 and 12:30. Full day pre-conference workshops will be held on Tue 6 March 2018. The Hacking the News pre-conference workshop starts already on Mon 5 March at 12:30. More exact details will be published as they become available.

CLARIN ERIC is happy to announce the CLARIN Annual Conference 2018 and calls for the submission of extended abstracts. CLARIN is a research infrastructure that makes digital language resources available to scholars, researchers, students and citizen-scientists from all disciplines, coordinates work on collecting language resources and tools, and offers advanced tools to discover, explore, exploit, annotate, analyse or combine such datasets, wherever they are located.
